I just select them all and drag them into the brushes folder, that works for me.

Yeah..Okay..But how do I tell what all the brushes are? i see like brush58 for example..I want to know if its a splatter brush, grunge and stuff...I see the few that are names but what about the others??

I think if someone else (whoever you got the brush from) named the brush then it will have a name, but otherwise it will have the generic "brush23" until you rename it
