Text in C4D

This is a tutorial by Hybrid tell you how to make Text in the program C4D/Cinema 4d

Ive been trying this but I just dont understand why it doesnt come out.
Im a noob to c4d by the way. Anyways, on step 5 where it says untriangulates, theres no box for me to check it. Anybody have a clue to what Im doing wrong?:confused:
