But I was looking for a more specific answer, as to why you rated his tags that way. More as in critique.

Why? Because his style tries to reproduce non-fiction's style, because his tags are boring , he has problem with the focal and the composition , and it's just random stuff thrown into a small canvas. Oh, and that's my opinion.
