Novice from me...

first tag is a step in the right direction! avoid tacky text like in tag 2 and tag 3. again, more like tag 1 and you can probaly step up to low moderate.

Agreed that the first tag is the best, and the right direction.

Focus more on more subtle effects, foreground and background should be different types of effects. Try to make it flow better. Depth is alright.
Work on lighting too.
