Using Outer Glow and Stroke

This is a basic, beginners tutorial by me! Neon

Source:
Code:
We dont need a source posting the tutorial if its made by you is just fine

First, start out with the image or shape you want to apply the stroke or outer glow to. Then follow the tutorials below to use it.

Outer Glow:

Right click on the layer of the shape and click "Blending Options". A window will pop up.

Click on the Outer Glow Tab.

Click on the yellow box to select your color of choice. Then click ok.

Now you can adjust any of the other aspects:

Opacity: How solod the object is. Set it to 0 and it is completely invisible.
Spread: How far the color spreads out.
Size: The actual size of the glow.

Your done!

Stroke

Stroke is an outline of a selected object.

Start with your object again.

Now go to Edit>Stroke in the toolbar.

Now you can adjust the settings to your preference.

Color, opacity, and where the line apears (Center, inside, or outside the selected)
