Planet PSD!

Ok, this is a basicplanet PSD for those of you who wanted to try...well..making a planet! The planet is made along with shadows and stuff, you just basically change what you want and add effects =]

Credit to Hawkaye!

Hawkaye-I was bored today and was playing around in 3Ds MAX and rendered som VERY basic textures for planets. Then I opended them in PS CS and added the shadows and a Atmosphere that can be easily modified for all begginers out there. This Pack is not for Any advanced users whom easily can get better textures and atmospheres by them selves.

Also To anyone using these textures and stuff try to add more details the planets can look really sweet if you work with them adding clouds or towns or wherever your imagination takes you.

PLZ drop me a note or url to any pics where these textures are used...

Re: Planet PSD!

Hi,
This link appears to be dead. It leads to Hawkaye's page on DevientArt but the Planet PSD link there is dead.
Any other ideas where I could get my hands on this file to have a go and learn to do this for myself?
Thanks.......

No, you would have to contact the owner/creator directly.

Re: Planet PSD!

Ig.Aro, what do you mean, "And, it's not dead? never mind ><"?
It is definately dead. I also left a post on the DeviantArt site.
I managed to get in touch with Hawkaye. This is what he had to say:
"Hi,
First a big thank you for your intrest in my package however I think that if it is lost on DA it is for sure lost on my hardrives. So many re-formats over the last years made it impossible to keep it all I'm afraid. however I am planning on serching my old drives sometime soon and if I find it I will post it on FTP for you but no promises I'm afraid.
kind regards
:// Marcus aka Anarion"

So it appears he is quite happy to share the file, but simply hasn't got it at this time [and perhaps he has lost it forever].
If anyone has it and is willing to share, I'm sure Hawkaye would be happy for me to have a copy [and anyone else who is interested].
Cheers to all.

TOXIC x F3AR,
Sorry, I forgot to anser your question.
A PSD is a PhotoShop Document.
Just a tip; if you ever come across these sorts of acronyms; just Google it.
Cheers
