Not anymore, only an 8 point never expiring infraction. If you rip again, you're banned because 8+8=ban.

No, I believe it's a total of 11. And then it's a selected ban date. Or say he rips again, you can expand the ban and make it custom to your punishment and what you think is right.

It was not done by the same artist, and I searched a bit on DA, but found nothing.
