Simple Newbie Tut [For Gimp!] [But may work on Photoshop thanks to the similarities]

Hello class! Today we will be making this >

1) Run a Plasma Filter (Fliters > Renders > Clouds > Plasma) to the setting of your choice.
2) Copy Visible > Paste and use a Gassian Blur (Fliters > Blur > Gaussian Blur), default settings.
3) Pick it (Fliters > Noise > Pick) with these settings:
Randomize > Ticked
Randomization > 50%
Repeat > 35
4) Gaussian Blur with default settings again.
You should have something like this :

5) Set Floating Layer to Screen and anchor it.
6) Copy Visible > Paste and Mosaic (Fliters > Distorts > Mosaic) with default settings.
7) Set layer mode to overlay on 20% Opacity.
You should have something like this :

8) Anchor your layer.
9) Edit > Copy Visible > Paste and Oilify (Fliters > Artistic > Oilify) with a 9 Mask size.
10) Set to overlay and anchor it.
You should have something like this :

11) Colorize to a colour similar of that of your render.
12) Paste your render.
13) Alpha to Selection and feather it by 25.0 pxls and ctrl > i (Invert Selection) and Edit > Clear.
14) Colourize your render layer so it blends even more.
You should have something like this :

15) Add Text, border and anything else you would like to add.

PS. This is my first tut.
PPS. Rip = R.I.P
PPPS. Yes, I go to Gimptalk.
PPPPS. Hope you like it!
