TOTM July Nominations

Welcome to our first Tutorial of the Month Contest!! This is the 1 and only thread for July that will be accepting nominations.

Please review our rules before posting nominations and second'ing nominations:

TOTM Rules

To take a short piece from the rules (PLEASE READ THEM) this is how we would like you to post your nominations:

Quote:
The result of the tutorial:
The URL to the tutorial:
A short description of what makes the tutorial stand out compared to the rest (e.g. great for lighting, great pen tool technique, etc):
And a reason for nomination that will motivate others to second the nomination (e.g. easy to follow steps):
The winner will be featured on our homepage where most of our new visitors will see and probably check out the tutorial! The winner will also be awarded our new TOTM award to be showcased in your profiles for everyones viewing!

Good luck to those being nominated.

Let the games begin!

Re: TOTM July Nominations

Does it have to be made by the person? Or just posted?

Re: TOTM July Nominations

Anyone can nominate any tutorial. I figured authors should feel happy if someone else thinks their tutorial was worth it, especially if 2 of their tutorials were. Plus, it seems more fair for those that did post more than 1 tutorial in a month for them to get a chance to have 2 nominations.

Maybe a rule should be that you can't second your own tutorial.
