its all soo. . . BIG. and kinda in your face. im not a fan of that. i just like mine nice and smooth and sometimes simple.

and the drop shadow or bevel (not sure which) breaks in between the banner and your vip button.

I noticed the break as well.
You should name it howtopen.net :-P
Are you going to be leaving us?

Good color choices, but it seems a little bright.
The buttons could be a tad smaller, but if you could smoothen the bottoms out, it would look better.

Everythings far too large, and far too dropshadow/outerglowy.
